Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware County has been the recipient of the Indiana Youth Institute Organizational Effectiveness Grant for the past year. Through this program, our organization has benefited from valuable executive coaching, fund development and board development. The Indiana Youth Institute has contributed a tremendous amount of support for our organization’s health and provided the springboard for our goal of DOUBLING THE NUMBER OF MATCHES WE SERVE IN 2018! We are delighted to announce that we are halfway through the year & halfway to our goal!

To that end, IYI is providing an additional $10,000 capacity building grant as the cherry on top of the already amazing Organizational Effectiveness Grant. This will allow BBBS of Delaware County to update our branding and provide additional child safety training to our staff. Keep your eyes peeled for the upcoming changes in branding that this grant makes possible.

We are incredibly thankful for the investment of time, energy, ideas and support that BBBS of Delaware County has received from IYI, its partners, consultants and staff!
